Isla Vista, our home, offers spectacular 360 degree Gulf and Island views. We have a new private heated pool directly off the house. Our fully air-conditioned home has 3 levels; the lower level includes 4 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 4 twin beds) 2 full baths, full-size washed and dryer, and a screened porch with hottub off the master bedroom. The second level includes an impressive great room with cathedral ceiling; fully equipped kitchen with full-size stove and refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking and eating utensils and cookware. The Great Room also includes an open dining area with a table for 6 and a breakfast bar for 4 people. The living area includes a leather sleeper sofa, satellite TV, VCR, and stereo. Off the great room is a third full bath and a spacious lanai with Gulf views. From the Lanai is a spiral staircase leading to the 3rd level sun deck with spectacular 360-degree Gulf and island views. Other amnenities include a charcoal grill, video collection, board games, towels and linens. Your stay also includes full use of the private North Cpativa Island Club and its 2 heated pools, hot tub, 2 Har-Tru tennis courts, children's playground, and complimentary use of the club's bicycles, kayaks, beach chairs, and fishing gear. The use of a 4 person golf cart is also included in your stay. Isla Vista will make yours a vacation to remember!

The island is only accessible by Island Girl Charters. A ferry service that runs 6 ferrys a day to and from the island. As a result there are no cars on the island, no paved roads, (only sandy paths) no street lights or street noise. The island is peaceful, relaxing, and quiet.

The island is only accessible by ferry and transportation around the island is primarily with the use of golfcarts, bikes or walking. The island consists of pristine white sand beaches, fantastic for sunning and shelling and lush tropical vegetation. North Captiva is truly paradise!
