Our 3 year old holiday appartment (approx. 50m2) consists of a kitchen / lounge with a bed-setee, a bedroom with a double-bed, a lovely, large bathroom with a washingmashine and 2 big terraces with an unbelieveble view. The appartment is built as a terrace house with its own private parkingspace in a lovely holidaycenter, that overlooks the charming spanish town Peñiscola (www.Peniscola.org) on the Costa del Azahar 130 miles south of Barcelona. The area offers a lot of activities - swimming at the 5 mile long sandy beach just north of the town, walks and bicycle trips i the 80 sq. mile naturereserve south of the town, golfing at the Panorámica Golf Club (founded by Bernhard Langer) just 15 miles away, sightseeing in the spanish countryside plus much more.

The holyday town has 45 apartments on the hillside above Peñiscola with an amazing view over the town and the sea. It is build with small pathways between the different apartments and it must have been inspired of the old castle town of Peñiscola. From the pool area you have a fantastic view on the sea and from here you can see how Peñiscola is build on a small rock out in the sea – it is nearly and small island.

Peñiscola is a small city between Barcalona and Valencia. It lays on a rock out in the sea. On the small beach in centre of the city you can swim and play. Here you can also rent boats and water jets. And when you are hungry there is only 50 meters to a row of small and lovely restaurants, where you can have ‘Tapas’ or other typical Spanish lunch. Just north of Peñiscola there are 5 miles long sand beaches, where there are a lot of activities all day. Again there are also here a lot of restaurants just a few meters away. Peñiscola has still a lot of fishermen and you can buy fresh fish on the harbour every day. After that you can see the fishermen and there wives repair net on the harbour just in front of the old castle. And of course you will enjoy fresh fish when go out for dinner. The old town of Peñiscola is very beautiful with very narrow streets – and not much has changed since the old pope Benedikt (Papa Luna) lived here in the 13th century.
