It is 5 min. away from the city of Varna, 10 min. from the Golden Sands resort, 25 min. from Albena resort and the city of Balchik and 3 minutes away from the nearest beach by car. It is a good starting point for trips to Albena and Balchik, the picturesque coasts of Yaylata and Kamen bryag, to the historical cape Kaliakra, as well as to the small exotic bays of Rusalka. In close proximity to the villa you can find a grocery, and the new supermarket Piccadilly is 1.5 km away. Easily accessible are also the restaurants, attractions and nightlife in the city of Varna and its environs, where the coastal alleys and the resorts of Sunny Day, Golden Sands and Albena are full of busy cafes, fish restaurants and pubs, discothèques and night clubs. The owners of the villa take care of the guests, they will meet you at Varna airport. During your stay they will advise you on the local sights and entertainments, some of which you can find nowhere else. You can take long walks along the beaches and the sea promenade alley. If it is too hot and you have done big shopping why don’t take a cheap taxi to give you a ride back.

A nice summer residence close to the St. Constantine, Evksinograd and Golden Sand. About 5 kms north from Varna, close to the main road between Varna and Golden Sands; 15 kms from the airport, 800 m from the beach. With beautiful sea view and very quiet. The Bulgarian Black Sea coast is highly varied and beautiful with wide beaches, covered by clean and fine sand and with shallow coastal waters. It combines a number of peculiarities which make it an attractive and appropriate place for repose, rest and marinotherapy. Here there are not sudden changes in the air and water temperature. The humidity is not so high. There are pleasant breezes and no tides. The water salt content is 17.5 parts per thousand (2 times lower than the Mediterranean one). The sea is safe for swimming (there are no sharks, venous snakes or strong currents).

The city of Varna – Bulgaria’s sea capital – has mild continental climate, influenced by its closeness to the Black Sea. Summer season is from May till October, with hottest months July and August – the average temperature is approx. 28 C/ 83 F, and the temperature of the sea water reaches 26 С/ 79 F. The Black Sea is one of the seas most isolated from the world ocean and thanks to this its saltiness is 18 promiles, half of what is typical for the oceans. Because of the slow temperature changes of the sea water, in the spring the water is cool, while in the autumn it is warm and pleasant till the end of October. Varna is the third biggest city in Bulgaria with population of about 350 000 people. During the tourist season, Varna turns into a main centre of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast with its traditionally big resorts such as St. Constantine and Helena (1948), Golden Sands (1956) and Albena (1970), all of them newly renovated and enlarged, as well as comparatively smaller resorts such as Sunny Day, Riviera etc. Varna is 500 km away from the capital city of Bulgaria – Sofia and 550 km away from Istanbul. The city is the transport centre of north-east Bulgaria combining water, air, land and railway transport. During the summer season, Varna International Airport serves to charter destinations - Great Britain, Germany, France, Poland, and Russia etc. During the whole year there are regular flights to London, Budapest, Vienna, Tel Aviv, Odessa and others.
