Detailed Rates (off peak): - AUS$140 per night double or AUS$840 per week double - Extra adult at AUS$25 per night or AUS$150 per week (15 years and over) - Extra child at AUS$15 per night or AUS$90 per week (under 15 years) - Long stay rates are negotiable (longer term being greater than 3 months) Conditions: - Minimum of 5 nights stay during off-peak season - 30% deposit is required at the time of booking - Balance is payable prior to arrival - Deposits are non-refundable unless by special arrangement - Check-in time is from 2 pm onwards - Check-out time is by 10 am - Phone calls are limited to local calls only - ALN House will be cleaned prior to your arrival The above rates are subject to change at peak periods.

Fremantle, set on the Indian Ocean, is one of the world's best examples of a Victorian Port. Fremantle is full of cultural diversity. The multicultural Fremantle people bring with them a cosmopolitan flavour to the city. This is what attracts people from far and wide to Fremantle. The relaxed cosmopolitan lifestyle of Fremantle can been seen in full swing daily on the "cappuccino strip" and during the many festivals of Fremantle. Fremantle holds several festivals throughout the year. A few of the larger festivals are listed below:- The Sardine Festival held in January, where you can taste the culinary delights of the many local cultures. The Fremantle Festival, full of art & culture held in November, when the streets come to life with colour and activities for weeks. In October, at the start of the new fishing season, Fremantle holds a festival called "The Blessing of the Fleet", to bring good fortune to the fishing harbour and its many fishermen. Part of the ceremony involves the blessing of the boats after a street procession from St Patrick's Church to the Fishing Boat Harbour. The procession itself is led by a statute of Our Lady who protects the local fisherman. Along with the diverse culture of Fremantle come the many galleries that feature contemporary arts and crafts.
