Newly-completed, our lovely townhouse is situated on the 4th Fairway of the Nuevo Portil Golf Development. It has a modern kitchen with fitted washing-machine/dishwasher/fridge-freezer and oven/cooker/hob.There is a downstairs WC and large diner-living room with patio doors to small garden leading to communal landscaped gardens and pool. The first floor has a double-bedroom with en-suite bath/shower room and terrace and a further shower room and twin bedroom. On the top floor is a large room with terrace and twin-beds. All terrraces have views of pool,gardens and fairway and are SW-facing so benefit from all-day sunshine. The living room has a TV/DVD and selection of DVDs and a CD player with selection of music. There are ceiling fans in the living area and first floor bedrooms. There are marble floors throughout and the house has a modern/airy feel. There is secure underground parking for two vehicles.

Our townhouse is approximately a 1-hour drive from either Faro or Seville airports. Huelva is the nearest large town which has hyper-markets. The border town of Spain and Portugal - Ayamonte - is approximately 30 minutes away and it is easy to visit Portugal for the day where there are also lovely beaches and several stunning golf courses. There are at least 4 golf courses within a 30-min drive from Nuevo Portil(Islantilla/El Rompido/Isla Canela/Castro Marim) and more planned in the future.

Nuevo Portil is a new golf development situated in the town of Portil. The beach is a 10-minute walk away and there are miles of sandy beaches to explore. There are several cafes/bars/restaurants and supermarkets a short walk away.The local restaurants serve excellent fish and have a good selection of cuisine at very reasonable prices. There is a waterpark,go-karting and mini-golf nearby. The beaches are beautiful with the pine trees reaching the sand. There is plenty of space and they never become crowded.This is also a popular area for kite-surfing/Sailing and wind-surfing.There is a dedicated trail through the pine forests which is ideal for cycling.
