Spacious 4 bedroom/3 bath pool villa, located just minutes from the Rt.192 and Rt.27 interchange and less then 15 minutes away from the Disney Area parks. The home is in a quiet community adjacent to the renowed Highlands Reserve Golf Course. As quests of our villa you will have access to the community pool and clubhouse, the children's playground area, tennis courts, and ball playing fields all which are less then a 5 minute walk from the home. The home is also less than a 5 minutes drive from a Publix Super Market Shopping Plaza which has several stores and restaurants for your convenience. A WalMart Supercenter is less then 10 minutes away on Rt.27. The villa is tastefully decorated and has a 27" flat screen TV in the living room with DVD/VHS player and a Micro Stereo System. The home also has a desktop PC with a Hi-Speed Dialup Internet connection for your use. The master suite has a Queen-size bed with a 27" TV and VCR player it also has an ensuite full bath with access to the pool area. The second master suite has a double bed with an AM/FM/Cassette/CD boombox and adjacent full bath. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds with a 19" TV. Bedroom #4 has 2 twin beds. The pull out queen size sofa-bed in the living room allows the option to accommodate up to 10 people.
