A brand new two bedroom air conditioned townhouse situated in a quiet location on a private exclusive development in the centre of Costa Caleta (also known as Caleta de Fuste). 5 mins walk from a sandy beach. 2 mins walk from the main centre with a huge variety of restaurants, bars and shops. 5 mins drive from the PGA Golf Course and 300 yards from one of the best fishing spots on the Island. The property is arranged over two floors and overlooks the large heated communal pool and landscaped gardens. It is furnished to a very high standard throughout with a spacious lounge complete with 3 seater and 2 seater leather settee's. A 28" Satellite TV/DVD/CD Hi-fi ( a selection of DVD's & CD's have been provided for your enjoyment) A Sony Playstation and games are also provided for kids big and small! On the upper level there are 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and on the lower level you will find a cloakroom w.c. The two bedrooms each have fitted wardrobes and their own private balcony, one has twin beds the other a double. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as the lounge, which has two. There is a private patio leading from the dining area with patio table and chairs including sun beds. Caleta de Fuste is the fastest developing resort on the island and a safe water sports haven. Diving, snorkeling, windsurfing are popular in this protected bay and dolphins and pilot whales are common sights a little further out to sea. The island's first golf course is situated just south of the village, an 18-hole, par 70 studded with palm trees and surrounding three stream-linked lakes.

The town of Costa Caleta /Caleta de Fuste (also known as Castillo) is perfectly positioned in the middle of the island, and therefore is only a 5 minute taxi transfer from the airport. It is a particularly friendly town and caters extremely well for families and couples alike. There is a multitude of good restaurants in Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area. There are also a number of good supermarkets within the local area. The town of Caleta is often reffered to as a holiday village.The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. The harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.
