The area of the house is 75 µ², divided over two floors. Upstairs is an ensuite double bedroom with private terrace. Downstairs is a double/twin bedroom with shower/utility room attached. There is a large living room with kitchen area. The living room has a sofabed for 2. There is also a large terrace outside the living room. The most spectacular features of the house, witch make it so special to everyone who visits, are the fantastic views of the Cretan mountains,the libyan sea to the west and the breathtaking sunsets. The house is surrounded by a beautiful stone wall and has old flagged paving on the terrace. In the garden behind the house stands the pear tree from witch it takes its name. In the garden and terrace area you will find a hammuck, sunbeds, dinning area and barbecue. The fitted kitchen in the large living area has a glass electric hob with extractor, fridge, plus toaster, juicer, coffee maker and kettle. You will also find all the basic condiments in the store cupboard. The kitchen is on one side of the living room. The living area here includes a dining table, confortable sofas bed and best of all an open fire witch provides warmth and atmosphere. We also have Sat-TV, a Cd-player and traditional boardgames. For the smaller guests there is a toy cupboard with Duplo and Playmobil.

A 5 km drive bring you to the beautiful Beach at Kommos, where you can swim and snorkel. The seaside villages of Matala and Kalamaki are also 10 mins drive away. There you can find a variety of shops, restaurants and bars .
