The private holiday home Villa Oleander is laid on two levels for up to 6 -8 people. It lies directly next to the sea and has a large garden covering 1,330 square metres. The villa was built in 1964 by an architect and has been continuously modernised. The living quarters on the top floor cover 102 m2 and there is also 71 m2 of partially covered verandas. Looking out from the spacious living-room/kitchen area, you have a fantastic panorama view of the sea. The two bedrooms, each containing two single beds, are situated on the garden side of the house. One bedroom has a Bed chair for a third person. Hot water is provided via a modern solar system. If you are visiting during a cooler period of the year, each room has central heating in order to make your stay more comfortable. The rooms on the lower floor cover some 42 m2, with a further 80 m2 of roofed terrace area. These rooms include a kitchen, a WC, a lounge with three beds and a utility room with washing machine. Air conditioning and a security alarm system are fitted in the villa Just twenty steps across the pebble beach separate you from the sea. For hobby gardeners, we have tools in the garage which also contains a canoe, surfboard, two small boats and boatsengine.

The village of Nerantza lies directly on the north coast of the Peloponnesus, 15 kms west of Corinth, not far from Athens. The village was discovered as a holiday location in the 1960s by Athenians, wanting to escape the city at weekends. So it came to be that family villas were established directly at the beach's edge. To date, Nerantza remains largely undiscovered by foreign tourism. The house is located at the centre of the village, close to food stores and taverns offering Greek speciality dishes and good wine. In Vrachati, the next village along the coast, you can find the holiday villa of the famous composer, Mikis Theodorakis.

Villa Oleander is ideally located at the "Blue Flag" awarded beautiful beach in Nerantza, Corinth (on the Corinthian Bay). Situated only 1 hr or 95 km away from Athens, easily accessible from the highway, Nerantza is half way between Patras and Athens! There are many places of interest in the area directly around Nerantza: the ancient town of Corinth, the fortress of Ancient Corinth (Acrocorinth), the Corinthian canal, the spa town of Loutraki and the casino of Loutraki. Day excursions can be made to Epidavros, Olympia, Delphi, Mycenae, Nafplio and Athens. The region is very close to Athens, therefore during the weekends a great amount of city-residents visit the area. It is suitable for an excursion any time of year, but it can also be combined with other remarkable excursions in the Peloponnesus. You can find significant archaeological sites and wonderful beaches, casino and all these just a breath from Athens.

Additional Information

The prices are for an occupation with a maximum of 4 people and include final cleaning, operating and energy costs and telephone costs for local area, bed linen, hand- and bath towels (2 sets per person). If you have more people (up to 7) in your party, please add 15 % + 30 € per person and week. There are no hidden costs! All rates are valid per week. The rates include the rent charge as well as bed linen, hand- and bath towels (2 sets per Person), a normal energy (max. 100 Kilowatt per week) and water consumption, final cleaning, air conditioning, heating costs and dish towel. The Villa Oleander is rented in two week lettings, from Saturday to Saturday. If you wish to book the Villa Oleander one week in low or early-late season send a simple e-mail so we may check availability. Check in after 18:00 O'clock. Check up until 10:00 O'clock. Deposit and payments In order to guarantee the reservation, we request that a rental deposit of 30% of total rent is paid to our account. A refundable security deposit of € 250 for 4 Person is required with the balance. An additional 50 Euro security deposit per booking is required for an extra person. Final payment must be received by us at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival. If booked less than 8 weeks in advance of your arrival the entire payment is due before a confirmation will be issued. The rental prices include an electricity allowance of up to 100 kWh per week. If more is used, then a charge of 18,00 cents/kWh will be made. Children: A portable crib with extra mattress is available.
