Surrounded by fields and small woods, only 400 meters to the nearest beach the little house is situated in the middle of the nature on the island Färingsö (connected with bridges to the mainland). By car you are in the city within half an hour. The nearest bus stop is 500 m away and it takes 40 minutes up to the underground. In the house there is electrical heating, kitchen with electric and wood-heated stove, refrigerator, freezer, large living room with wood furnace, large veranda small bedroom with two stick beds. The shower and the toilet are in a seperate building in direct connection with te house.

The little house lies in the middle on the island. The distance to the Maelaren is approx. 5 km into both directions. The nearest beach is at a small lake, Igelviken, only 400 m away. There you can be completely alone. The house lies on a hill not far from neighbourhouses nevertheless completely for itself and alone. Property is approx. 3700 m2 and borders on a forest. Toward SW one has view over fields.

Svartsjö is situated 30 km west of the city centre of Stockholm in the municipality Ekerö. It is an culture-historically very intressting landscape with many traces of the iron-age and the Vikings. The castle of Svartsjö is newly reconditioned and very worth seeing. Still more famous is the pallace of Drottningholms slott, halfway to Stockholm. There lives the Swedish king family. The earth of the island is rich, therefore there are many farms and also many churches worth seeing.
