Villa with garden in Lucca, located in green countryside distant just 800m. from old downtown and its famous Walls (“Le Mura”). The house is on two floors, covering an area of approx. of 180 square meters. On the ground floor, entirely tiled in terracotta (“Cotto Toscano”), there´s a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, and bright lounge with access to garden, double bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor, tiled with wooden floor, there are three double bedrooms, one single room (all of them with air conditioning system) and a large bathroom with tub. A wide porch furnished with table and chairs will allow you to enjoy the mild climate of Tuscany, starting from early months of spring. In the large well-maintained garden (300 square meters) there are barbecue and wood-oven, between olive trees and birches. In addition to a relaxing stay, the Villa offers the possibility to take advantage of numerous services – like bakery, supermarket, perfumery, pharmacy, clothes stores -everything located within walking distance.

The City of Lucca: Lucca offers artistic and historic sightseeing, like the medieval Walls, the roman Amphitheater (“Piazza Anfiteatro”), the birthplace of Giacomo Puccini, the Guinigi Tower (“Torre Guinigi”) with its characteristics trees, the 100 churches, the Museum of Modern Arts and much more. In addition to this, several events take place over the whole year: End of March: National Botanical Event “Verde Mura” July: Summer Festival, with international singers September: “Settembre Lucchese”, with typical markets and the traditional parade “La Processione di Santa Croce”. Murabilia: international gardening exposition “Il Castello rivive”: medieval representation in Nozzano´s Castle Novembre: “Lucca Comics”, International Fair of Comics and Role-Play Games The antiquary market takes place the third Sunday of every month. Nearby Lucca: Just outside the old downtown you can visit the park extending along river Serchio, where you can enjoy long walks and experience horse riding. You can also discover and visit old magnificent villas, fully immersed in the countryside, or drive along the routes of oil and wine, where you will have the possibility to try local and genuine products. Lucca permits also to reach famous touristic places, like Florence (60 min.), Pisa (20 min.), Forte dei Marmi and Versilia (15 min.). In Lajatico (40 min.) an open-air concert of Andrea Bocelli takes place every year in July.
