In a quiet 2000m ² garden, this charming and cosy little house on the corsican
Costa Serena is surrounded by oleanders, pines, olive trees and lavender. The house was built in 2012 in a modern design. The open mezzanine gives the house a generous volume and has a wooden floor and a skylight. With its oblique roof, it has only limited access but offers plenty of space for sleeping. There are a mattress of 140/200cm and two 90/200cm available and if necessary, a third 90/200 can be provided. The garden includes a children\'s playhouse and a swing and can be used by your children. On the same propriete,is the house of the Corsican-Austrians owners family.

Location and surroundings of object
A 4km long road witch has a protect bike path, you can reach our wonderful fine sandy beach. Located on one side of the beach road, you\'ll find some holiday resorts where during the summer season, there can be practiced multiple sports such as sailing, surfing, jet skiing, horseback riding, paragliding and a they propose a lot of animations in the evening. On the other side of the beach road bordered a 400ha big protected natural pine forest the beach. This forest is ideal for hiking, biking and jogging enthusiasts.
A few kilometers inland begins the mountains where you have many possibilities of hiking and swimming in crystal clear mountain rivers. During the summer months (July and august), you can discover the weekly street festivals where Corsican music is played and where you can enjoy local traditional food. The central location of the village is a good starting point to explore mountains and the country side of the island.

We highly recommend it.
We highly recommend this place. Currently, we are on a 2-week vacation with 3 children. The cottage is fantastic, clean. Beautiful, shaded terrace, the cottage has all the necessary amenities including air conditioning. Beautiful, open garden. Fantastic hosts, Julia is helpful and committed. We have made it our base for trips to the surrounding area. A different beach every day, from open ones to those located in bays. Also, trips to the mountains and bathing in streams and waterfalls. Exceptional weather, salty sea water.

Family holiday with 3 children
Dear Julie, dear André, we had 3 great weeks with you and were certainly not there the last time. The mix of beach holidays (even in high season La Pinia was wonderful and never overcrowded) and great excursions was great. Thank you for your tips, the help in organising the canyoning (highly recommended!), the supply of fruit from your beautiful garden and your hospitality. Dreamlike cottage
We were allowed to spend 2 weeks in this beautiful house and felt at home from the first day. Julie and Andre' are very charming hosts and totally warm. The house is super equipped and very well located. Totally quiet location, but still everything within easy reach. We felt so comfortable that we have already planned our holiday again with the Manfredi's for 2020. Besides, our son misses the cats that greeted us every morning
We are looking forward to our next holiday in Corsica!

Pure relaxation in a really charming little house
We (couple with two children) spent two really nice weeks in Corsica in this small quiet cottage. André and Julie are very helpful and cordial and are happy to help with questions about the island.
The long beach at Ghisonaccia can be reached quickly by car and is beautiful. To Porto Vecchio 1 hour. To Bonifacio 1.5 hours. In the middle of the mountains 1-1.5 hours.
Absolutely recommended!

Charmantes Ferienhaus
Wir wurden liebevoll vom Hausherrn und drei Katzen empfangen. Der Hausherr stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, zur Verfügung. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Herzlichen Dank, wir werden den Urlaub in guter Erinnerung behalten und sicherlich nicht das letzte mal das Ferienhaus buchen.

Einfach wunderschön
Wir haben eine tolle Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus mit dem tollen Garten verbracht. Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Ganz toll auch die Spülmaschine. Julie und Andre haben uns sehr nützliche Tips für die Ausflüge gegeben. Es gibt in der Gegend so viel zu entdecken und zu unernehmen. Unbedingt den Ausflug nach Bonifaccio machen und auf jeden Fall die Kirche in Ghisonaccia besichtigen. Liebe Julie, lieber Andre nochmals vielen Dank und wir kommen definitv noch einmal wieder. Unser 1. Korsika Urlaub
Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Woche in dem Haus von Julie und Andre. Das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht und zudem sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge als auch für Tage am Strand. Julie's individuellen Tipps und ihr Wissen über Korsika waren uns eine große Hilfe.
Wir haben unsere Zeit in dem Haus und auf Korsika sehr genossen.

Wunderschönes Haus
Das Haus liegt in einem traumhaften Garten.
Es ist sehr ruhig. Man ist aber auf ein Auto oder Velo angewiesen, weil das Meer nicht nahe ist. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Das Städtchen in der Nähe ist nichts Besonderes.
Die Vermieter sind sehr liebenswert und unkompliziert.

Wunderschön und Erholung pur!!
Wir durften Anfang Juli bei Familie Manfredi im Ferienhaus sein und schon bei der Begrüßung fühlten wir uns ganz wie zu Hause.Als Familie mit zwei Kindern haben wir das Haus und den Garten genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich und voller schöner Ideen. Alles ist vorhanden.In den Betten schläft es sich prima!!! Selbst die Kinder hatten auf der Galerie sehr breite Betten und viel Platz. Über Land und Menschen haben wir ,Dank Frau Manfredi, sehr sehr viel erfahren. Vom Ferienhaus aus kamen wir überall gut hin.(ganz in den Süden, in die Berge, natürlich schnell an den langen Strand mit dem schönen Pinienwald). Der Strand ist sehr sehr schön, wenn man ein wenig abseits parkt.Ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen, in das wir gerne wieder fahren würden !! Vielen Dank, lieb Familie Manfredi!!!!
