Wunderschöne Natursteinfinca mit großem Pool This is a traditional finca in the countryside close to Pollenca. Finca Almadrava has been built in traditional style using Mallorcan stone. It's in a very peaceful spot, and also has a gated driveway. Inside, the finca has been decorated in a combination of modern and traditional style - with white walls and tiled floors. The lounge has a television, DVD player and CD stereo. There's also a wood-burning fire place for cooler evenings. Double doors lead out onto the covered terrace which overlooks the pool and gardens. An archway from the lounge leads to the dining area and farmhouse kitchen. There's a traditional marble-topped table and a corner dresser. Appliances include a dishwasher and a microwave. There are two bathrooms on the ground floor and three bedrooms - a double bedroom and two twin rooms. On the first floor there is a small second lounge area which overlooks the main lounge, and the fourth bedroom. The fourth bedroom, also on this floor, has an en-suite shower bathroom and its own small terrace. There's a good-sized pool with sun-terraces and mature trees and shrubs. On the outside of the villa there is also a utility room with a washing machine, a lavatory and a shower There's a barbecue and a table-tennis table as well. Wi-Fi installed
