In the ca 4,000-m2 grounds there is magnificent garden as well as an olive grove. The pleasant village of Kamilari with 4 tavernas, 1 supermarket and some small shops is ca. 1,5 km away. The lovingly furnished villa for maximum 4 persons is fitted with modern furnishings and the fully equipped kitchen offers 4 cooking rings, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, and juice extractor. The spacious living room with dining area, sofa and 2 armchairs as well as wood-burning stove is a comfortable place to spend time. In this area there are also a radio, CD/DVD-player and SAT-TV for use of the guests. Villa Ilios has internet via W-lan.
The two separate bedrooms, one with double bed, are fitted with air-conditioning/heating and each has an own terrace. The bathroom is fitted with shower and toilet as well as a washing machine.
In the garden guests can relax at the pool with spacious panorama terrace furnished with sitting area, sun beds and umbrella.

A beautiful house in a wonderful location
I stayed in this beautiful house with my husband for 1 week in June 2016. Everything was perfect and very clean. Outdoor area with pool and the sitting area with barbecue were lovely. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need.
The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this accommodation.
A rental car is generally a must, but if you want to have a nice meal in the evening, you can walk to the village in 10 minutes, which has a few nice restaurants and a tiny supermarket with everything you need, including a butcher's shop.
It was a dream holiday..

A little oasis
The house has a great and very quiet location. The view is magnificent!
It is in a very good and well-maintained condition and very well equipped
For cooler seasons, there is plenty of wood for a cosy evening in front of the fireplace.
The very pleasant, friendly and helpful landlords made us feel very comfortable
The location of the house is very well suited for visiting excavations, hiking, beach holidays and to simply recharge our batteries. There are great places to eat in the village and neighbouring villages
I can recommend the travel guide "Crete by Michael Müller Verlag"
I will be happy to come back.
