Lying somewhat hidden behind a hill, directly at the coast and so only a few meters away from the sea, is the holiday home Villa a Mare. In calm position with only two further houses in the neighborhood it is an holiday accommodation where it is possible to forget soon the hecticness of the daily routine. The house disposes of a living space of about 100 sq.m., divided in a living-area with open kitchen, three bedrooms and two shower baths. From the living-area with cosy lounge suite and Sat-TV a marvelous view on the sea can be enjoyed. The living-area is open to the well-equipped kitchen range. One bedroom disposes of a double bed and an own shower bath, an other bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom a bunk bed. All bedrooms offer air conditioning, also usable as heating, so that the house is also a beautiful accommodation in the colder months. Washing machine, dish washer, sun loungers and fly screens in the bedrooms belong to the spacious equipment of the house. The terrace which is nearly all around the house is partly roofed over and equipped with garden furniture. Only a few metres lead down to the sea and the sandy beach. A car is absolutely necessary on site, for what a parking site is on the property. The owner comes about all two days to water the plants in the garden.

The town with about 40.000 inhabitants lies in the province Agrigento between the \"Monte di Licata\" and the river Salso, which gave its name to the place. Salso comes from Salato (salty) and is called in the Greek Alukates. Numerous palaces and villas, built in the 16th and 17th century are a sight to see. There are beautiful beaches, which invite to take a bath.
