This nice holiday home settled on the hills surrounding the Gulf of Patti near Gioiosa Marea. It is situated on a private property of approx. 5.000 sq. m. Here is a second house which is occasionally inhabited by the owners. A big terrace, fitted out with garden furniture, offers you a miraculous look over the surrounding scenery and the sea. The house disposes of a living space of approx. 80 square metres, distributed on 2 levels. On the ground floor there is the residential eating area with a sleeping couch, the kitchen open to the eating area and the shower-bath. The double bedroom, the twin bed room and a bath (without shower) are on the 1st floor, reachable on a corkscrew staircase. Washing machine, TV, CD player, iron, hair dryer, barbeque and external shower are present. A car is advisable - access to the property by a steep ascending road.

Patti, an old coastal village is situated circa 65 km north of Messina and it is famous for its ceramics. The landscape is dominated by cliffy coasts on the one hand and by gorgeous sandy beaches on the other hand. In the surroundings you should absolutely visit the cathedral Cattedrale Normanna, the remains of Villa Romana with its precious mosaics, the ceramic museum, the ancient Greek-Roman town Tyndaris (built in 394 B.C.), the grottos (reachable by boat or on foot), the natural reserve Marinello with its incredible sand dunes, who enclose three saltwater lakes, and many other places. Patti is also a good starting point for excursions in the National Parks Nebrodi and Etna, to the Lipari Islands and the towns Cefalù or Taormina.
