Two storeys villa newly built. On the first floor there is the main bedroom en suite, with built in wardrobe, an spacious private terrace with wonderfull see views. 150 cm double bed and a bathroom with 2 bassins, toilet, bidet and Bath/shower. One bedroom with twins 90x190cm built in wardrobes and terrace with views. A bathroms with shower, a Bassin and toilet. On the basic floor comprise: a fully equipped kitchen (included dishwasser). In the utility rooms there is a washmachine, Iron board and to dry the linen. A double bedrooms with 135x190 size bed and a built in wardrobe. the sitting area with a long table with 6 seats and a sofa for 3-4 seats and a couch. Plain TV with TDT incorporated and satite TV. From the living and dining area you can access to the pool and terrace and al fresco dining area. The pool is protected with a fence in order to avoid children to jump into the pool. There are chairs and a table to dine al Fresco and loungers for everyone.

Villa Coloradas Playa is located in the are of San Marcial del Rubicon, between the New Marina Rubicon and Las Coloradas. In the are you have a supermarket (which is open everyday from 8:30 a.m to 10:00 pm), a taxi & a bus Stop, coloradas Beach and the promenade. From the villa you can reach the famous Papagayo Beaches by food just 20 min walk. The 9 km long promenade start just by the villa and the Marina is only 12 min walk along the pedestrianished Promenade. In the Marina you will find different activities, several restaurant, nice shops, Bars and a comercial Centre with a bouling and a mini golf. Dorada Beach is just 5 min by car, a nice beach with loungers, a restaurant , bars and different watter activities such as Banana split, Jet Sky, Peddal boats, acuatic motors......

Playa Blanca is the most southern point of the Island of Lanzarote. Usually it is more sunny and a couple of degrees higher than in other areas. In this area are the famous beaches of Papagayo, (a group of about six natural white sand beaches). The Port Marina Rubicon is another attraction of the area for the different activities offered. Along the marina there is a pitch & path the 9-hole Hesperia. Dorada Beach or golden Beach is highly recommended for families and children as it is well protected and safe by a large dam.
