Description
Hello and welcome to our comfortable holiday home. We have renovated our non-smoking home in recent years and lovingly furnished it to a very high standard. Here with us in the "LEIIHAUS" you will find the necessary peace and relaxation from the stress of everyday life
The three-room house for up to 4 people is approx. 80 sqm in size. On the ground floor is the living-dining room with bay window. On the ground floor the kitchen is equipped with many amenities such as dishwasher, electric cooker and oven, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, toaster, many kitchen utensils, etc. The dining room is on the ground floor. Furthermore, the dining and living area on the ground floor is equipped with SAT flat screen TV and DVD player. If the weather should not play along, there are board games, books, audio books and a WII console for young and old. Furthermore, there is a storage room and a guest toilet on the ground floor. On the upper floor we have furnished bedroom 1 and 2 to a modern and upmarket standard. In bedroom 2 the children will feel at home with the available toys. There is also a micro stereo system with iPod connection. Our bathroom has been completely renovated in 2019. A washing machine is of course at your disposal
Our house is suitable for allergy sufferers as the ground floor area is tiled and the upper floor has laminate flooring.
The house is non-smoking. Pets are unfortunately not allowed
With an area of 80 sqm you will find space for 4 persons+1 baby/toddler.
On sunny days, you can relax on our south-facing terrace, which is equipped with all amenities such as garden furniture and a barbecue fireplace.

Top Ferienhaus
Das Leii Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Im Kinderzimmer fehlt es an nichts. Familienfreundlich durch und durch. Die Begrüßung bei der Schlüsselübergabe war super freundlich. Im Haus dann eine liebe Überraschung von den Vermietern. Dies war mit Sicherheit nicht der letzte Urlaub im Leii Haus.

Sehr schöne Doppelhaushälfte
Wir waren begeistert von der Unterkunft...sehr kinderfreundliche Ausstattung, eine nette Willkommensgeste von Familie Leii und alles wie beschrieben. Wir kommen sicher in eines der Leiihäuser zurück und können es nur empfehlen.
