The master bath is equipped with showers, 2 marble vanities and a whirlpool. A comfortable and elegant living room overlooking the pool where you can perfectly relax. The modern and fully equipped kitchen including a wine cooler and adjoining breakfast bar opens into the cozy family living room with 55" TV and DVD player. From the tastefully decorated dining room you can walk directly to a beautiful loggia, in order to enjoy your coffee or take your meals in the sunshine. From the 10 meters long pool (with hot tub) you have a nice view of the wonderful garden. In the pool area are six comfortable chaises and as well as a lounge corner and a dining area. Master bedroom: 6 x 4 m, equipped with a modern king-size bed, carpet and HDTV. From the bedroom you can go directly through a swing glass door to the pool area. The main bathroom is a dream: 3.5 x 5 m, granite vanities, tiled showers, tub and two separate sinks with wall mirrors. Separate toilet. Second master bedroom approx 5 x 4 m with king-size bed, furnished in modern style. Also there is a large fitted wardrobe and a modern matching dresser. The bedroom has a own bathroom with shower, toilet and granite washstand. From the bathroom you have direct access to the pool! Third bedroom: this light-filled rooms also with private bathroom and modern shower and luxurious vanity has a queen bed and a dresser. Another fourth room is suitable as a playroom or bedroom for children. There is a sofa bed. The 20 m * 12 m swimming pool area has sunshine all day long. The pool may be heated at extra cost. The extra large cage (aluminum frame with mosquito nets) will ensure that no flies, wasps, mosquitoes and leaves will affect your swimming or dining experience. The pool area is protected by a lush tropical garden against unwanted insights. At night, spotlights illuminate many of the pool area and garden. In addition, there are 6 loungers, a sitting area to relax and a dining table with seating for 6 people. So you can have a wonderful dinner in the shade.

The city is beautifully illuminated at night and is considered one of the safest cities in the United States. At the end of Main Street 5th Avenue is also a wonderful beach with an impressive pier that can see the sunset and maybe dolphins every night. The airports of Miami (2 hrs) and Ft. Myers (30 minutes, Air Berlin) are also within easy reach.
