Welcome to "LeChais" ( the friendly holiday-home for families, hikers, bicyclists, and motorcyclists. We offer a large kitchen with living room, 4 double-bedrooms (2 with single beds, 2 with double beds), a terrace, bathroom, wc, and plenty of space around the house. If you are not in the mood for cooking, you might join us at the "table d´hôte". For groups of 5 plus we offer demi-pension as well. LeChais preserves its unique charm. We are not connected to the public electricity net. We cook, cool and heat the water with gas. Light is provided by solar energy, petrol-, gas-light and candles. In case of emergency we use a generator.
Town and location of object
"LeChais" is a marvelous and remote domain of 12ha 650m above sea level, situated at the 'parc naturel regional du vercors'. There is a tarmac road leading up to the house, from where you will have a gorgeous view at the surrounding mountains of the vercors.
