Romantic, delicious , self-catered and very panoramic suite on the roof of an ancient villa with a secluded terrace overlooking the GARGANO sea. It is set on the highest part of an old country house facing the sea ( see view from the citrus and pomegranates orchard).It could be also the ideal place for honeymooners or for those who wish they are : a spacious and bright bedroom and with armchairs,a large bathroom with hand-painted tiles and a cosy fully equipped kitchenette in a round shaped room. The suite has just been completely restored whilst respecting the ancient style of materials and furniture of this enchanting house. In the property there is another other apartment sleeping 4 for rent,but this one is absolutely quiet and private .The terrace is sunny until sunset, perfect for sunbathing or relaxing .

The house is in the contryside, about 5 km away from two towns : a small one called Mattinata and a a bigger one called Manfredonia. It' easy to go shopping because there is a shopping centre only five minutes drive awt. There'a a restaurant with typical cuisine about 1 km away from the house ( five minutes walk along the little road leading to the villa ,and if you like the way he cooks you could agree with the owner of the restaurant ).
