Masseria dell'Uliveto is a fascinating and historic Apulian vacation home boasting a splendid private pool (12 x 6 m) with three bedrooms. The masseria is surrounded by secular olive trees. The masseria has been restored with great attention to detail. It is fully furnished with rustic, timeless and tasteful furniture. Outdoor furniture has been updated for 2012 as well. This vacation home is situated a few kilometers from the sea in the countryside famous for its timeless sights. It is surrounded by historical masserie and secular olive trees. Masseria dell'Uliveto is composed of: - Ample cooking and dining zone - Living room with sofa, TV area (satellite/Sky) and fireplace - Study - A bedroom with two single beds - Primary bedroom with a double bed composed of two single beds ajoined. - Complete bathroom with shower - Second bedroom with its own complete bathroom The outdoor area is full of greenery and vegetation. It is enhanced by a beautiful porch with climbing plants, the large private pool (12 x 6 meters) is near the structure and there are a number of alcoves and hammocks around the garden. There is a laundry area and a large outdoor oven / barbecue. We suggest Masseria dell'Uliveto to a family or a couple of friends who are looking for an authentic and tranquil home located among nature and only five minutes from the beach.

Monopoli è una bella cittadina sul mare, famosa oltre che per le sue spiagge e l'acqua cristallina anche per le sue chiese barocche. CASTELLO DI CARLO V Situato in corrispondenza delle mura che circondano la città. Nel XII- XII secolo viene adibito a carcere cittadino e tale resterà per diverso tempo. LA CATTEDRALE Le sue prime fondamenta risalgono al 1107. Nel '700 viene ricostruita in devozione alla Madonna della Madia. CHIESA S. MARIA AMALFITANA La sua costruzione risale al XII secolo,per volontà di un gruppo di marinai e di mercanti amalfitani. PALAZZO PALMIERI La costruzione sorge nella piazza più antica della città. ABBAZIA DI SANTO STEFANO Complesso fortificato costruito nel 1086 per volere di Goffredo d'Altavilla, Conte di Conversano. Oggi si trovano i resti della vecchia chiesa riconducibili all'antica Egnazia. CHIESA DEL PURGATORIO Chiesa molto particolare ospita al suo interno cadaveri di gente locale. In pieno stile barocco è aperta al pubblico solo un'ora al giorno ma per chi non facesse in tempo ad entrarci è possibile sbirciare da una finestra illuminata sempre aperta sulla chiesa. CHIESA SANTA MARIA DEL SOCCORSO Antica grotta con affreschi ricavata dalla cavità di una roccia. La cittadina vanta inoltre circa 200 masserie disseminate per tutto il litorale barese. Tra le più caratteristiche spiccano: la masseria Conchia, la masseria Spina, la masseria Caramanna e uno svariato numero di chiese rurali, tra cui: la chiesa di Cristo delle Zolle e la chiesa di S. Michele o di tipo rupestre come: la chiesa dello Spirito Santo o la chiesa dei Ss. Andrea e Procopio.

Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday during the check-in with the manager, if you are not able to pay cash, you should pay the total amount by bank transfer or credit card with-in 30 days before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are never allowed). Due to security and legal reasons law we will check-in only guests who have compiled our booking-form and agreement. Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) EUR 500 to be paid ONLY by cash or credit card (cheques and travellers cheque are never allowed). Please be sure to leave the house in good condition. No pets allowed. Final cleaning mandatory EUR 100. Intermediate cleaning mandatory for stay more than one week, extra paid. Arrival time is mandatory in the afternoon between 4pm and 8pm (unless otherwise agreed). At arrival later than 8pm an extra charge will be applied. Please advise us of your departure time at least 24 hours before. The check-out must be taken not later than 10 am. Heating is billed if used (mandatory from October to April) EUR 100 per week Electricity is billed by use at EUR 0,30 per KW/h. Bed linen and bath towels - EUR 10 per person.
