This marvellous villa - situated near St.Saturnin les Apt, one of the most beautiful Luberon villages, on the top of a hill - features a large living room (three-suite piece, fireplace, television, video, HiFi), closed-in-porch with a door opening onto a partly shaded large terrace equipped with dining table, ideal for outdoor dining; spacious kitchen (dining table, oven, fridge-freezer, espresso-machine, dishwasher, microwave); there is a storeroom behind the kitchen with washing machine; five bedrooms (double beds 140x200cm) one of them with access to the terrace, two luxury bathroom (with twin wash-basin, bath, shower, bidet, WC) as well as a separate toilet. Reasonable comfortable furniture. Electric heating to be paid on the spot. Bed linen and cleaning woman may be provided.It is set in a garden (2300m²) with Mediterranean shrubbery, trees and a swimming pool. The views over the vineyards and a typical provencal village and onto the massif of Luberon in the background are quite spectacular. You will find chairs at the swimming pool a summer kitchen with refrigerator and a barbecue. Reasonable comfortable furniture. Electric heating to be paid on the spot. The house can be used very well for family vacations with children.
