Holiday House Oleander is located in Sukosan, just 12 km from Zadar. House can accommodate up to 5 persons. Size of the house is 80 m2 with garden (150 m2). Public parking is available near the house. House is just 20 m from the sea and 500 m from the beach. Restaurants, bars, shops are available in walking distance from the house, maximum 300 meters. In front of the house and behind the house is a garden with terrace and grill.
In ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine. There is also a living room with satellite tv, WIFI and a small toilet.
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds. There are 2 air-conditions on the first floor. Also, there is a fully equipped bathroom with walk-in shower.

Romantic holiday home with sea view
We spent relaxing days in this holiday home. The equipment was complete, i.e. we found all the things we would have at home. Thus, this accommodation is suitable for self-catering. Everything was clean and in good condition. Unfortunately, previous guests left traces due to carelessness. For example, the handle of the refrigerator was missing. However, it could still be used. The pool was cleaned during our stay, but the house itself was not. This accommodation is suitable for couples and families. Unfortunately, the property can only be accessed with a car with high ground clearance. Our Renault Talisman had to stop in front of the driveway because the driveway was too sloped and we wanted to avoid a touchdown
The landlady was very helpful, friendly and available at all times.
If you prefer rural tranquillity away from the tourist hustle and bustle, this is the place for you. You can easily reach the next village by car or bicycle. There you will find many restaurants, supermarkets, banks, a pretty harbour and the possibility to swim.

Great house for families
A very beautiful house in the quiet village of Poljica. Opposite is a konoba with traditional food. On the side facing away from the street is a beautiful terrace mostly in the shade with a great view of the sea and the mainland. Our two children really liked the pool, which was regularly maintained by the landlady. 3 km away is a very quiet beach with great little niches for swimming and snorkeling. The landlady was very nice and reliable. Clear recommendation for families for a holiday away from the hustle and bustle.

Wonderful days in a quiet location.
The house is perfect for a quiet holiday with up to 6 people.
Generously furnished, clean, including the necessary kitchen utensils.
The landlady is very friendly and always available if there is any need.

Dream vacation home
A beautiful dream holiday home with plenty of space and comfort. Our two girls loved the pool. Everything as described and shown. We also found the location very nice. Great for dogs. Quiet location and you can go for a walk with the dog very well. Very good inn directly opposite. Small shop about 1 km away. There you can get fresh bread and rolls.

Very nice object, pleasant landlords...
We found the house with the large terrace and the pool ideal.
The walls of the house are very thick. As a result, you don't necessarily need the air conditioning.
The landlady and her clever son took excellent care of us.
From the house, you can walk about 3 km to a small harbor with hidden swimming spots. We were mostly alone there (off-season).
