The “LECCIO” apartment is situated on the ground floor of the country house dating back to the 19th century. (below the “elm” flat). It has an independent entrance with a 350 sq. m. enclosed garden, surrounded by oak trees and ornamental fences. The 70-sq. m. flat is finished with natural stones and has typical Tuscan Cotto floor. It consists of a big open-space kitchen and living-room with large sliding glass windows. (full fitted kitchen, table, chairs, sofa bed, double bed and accessories). An arched door leads to the closet and to the bathroom with shower. On both sides there are two double finely furnished bedrooms. Amenities: air conditioning, barbecue, free Internet wireless connection, free satellite tv. Access to the 100 sq.m. swimming pool to be shared with the other apartments, kid park.

This lively resort on the Aurelia highway, a historical road first built in Roman times, has plenty of shops and holiday accommodation. Donoratico lies halfway between Castagneto and Marina di Castagneto, and takes its name from the medieval castle situated near the town. The castle ruins and tower are open to visitors. A lively town rich in craft and commercial businnesses, Donoratico in also a cetre for the construction of racing and leisure craft. In Donoratico you can also buy the typical products of the area: wine, oil, vegetable, fish and meat, as well as the typical "fresh" pasta filled with vegetable and cheese.
