The fully restored half-timbered house (XVII. Century), with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors is located near to Montpon-Ménestérol in Dordogne, southwest France. Our renovated with abandon property also includes: . a by-stone building with a covered terrace . a garden shed for storing bikes, boats / canoes and other equipment . a 600-square-foot garden with stone wells (protected), fenced for children . a total of 2 buildings with electric heating, also possible for two families. The main building contains the living room with 36 m² living space a natural stone fireplace, a sitting area for 8 people, a long farm table with benches, satellite TV, DVD player, CD/MP3 -Player/Radio/USB/Aux. The fully equipped kitchen includes rustic buffet, desk, chairs and stools, gas stove with oven and grill, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, full cooking utensils, dishes, blender…but the region offers also small typical restaurants which daily advantageous lunch menus. . In the 4 bed-rooms with 2 baths and separate toilet 7 persons and a child (± 3 years) will most certainly get their night-time peace. Wash-machine, iron and ironing board are available as well. In the sunny and luxuriant garden you’ll for your relaxation outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a stone bank, grill and a large awning (4mx4m) (please see ground plan)

The property is on the high banks of the river Isle, near the small town "Montpon-Ménestérol" in the department "Dordogne".
