Casa Las Cumbres is a spacious villa set in the tranquil rural surroundings of the countryside, only 10 minutes by car from Conil town centre and its magnificent beaches. The golf courses of Novo Sancti Petri and Campano are also within a short drive. It has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard, with air conditioning units in the living room as well as the master bedroom. There are 3 bedrooms all with ample storage facilities, a very well equipped new kitchen, fully fitted with a large hatch opening to the living/dining room. The side of the house has a large covered patio area leading to a covered terrace at the back with an outside dining area (dining table and chairs) and BBQ. The pool situated at the end of the garden is 8m x 4m with stainless steel ladder leading down into the deep end; it has a tiled terrace for sunbathing. The well-maintained garden is largely laid to lawn and has some mature olive and pomegranate trees. There is ample parking within the grounds. The villa is situated in a quiet area in the country side however there are several supermarkets and ventas (Spanish bar/restaurant) within easy reach.

The popular sandy beaches of Conil are only about 10 mins by car. Other beaches within close proximity include Cadiz (20 mins), Rocha (5mins), Conil (10 mins), El Palmar (20mins) & Barbate (30mins). The world famous venue for wind/kite surfing, Tarifa, is only 1 hour away. For those who like to paly golf, several courses can be found in nearby places such as Novo Sancti Petri, Chiclana, Cadiz, Puerto Santa Maria, Benalup and Jerez de la Frontera.

There are free open-air Flamenco, dance and music performances throughout the summer season.
