The house has been renovated in steps from 2002 to 2010 and is now in perfect shape. Livingroom, all bed rooms and kitchen have a lovelyview over the sea. The vila consists of 5 bedrooms, one large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one shower and one bathtub for 2 and a large combined living / dining room. All in all 164m2 It is fully equipped with hot and cold water, electricity, WC, shower, bath, dishwasher tumble dryer and laundry machine. The kitchen is well equipped, cooker, with oven, fan, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, micro wave oven, dish washer and a lovely kitchen table. The livingroom and dining room are combined into a spacious room. Dining for up to 10 people and living area for up to 10 people. There is a 42 inch TV equipped with surround system for great movie experience. Dish washer, tumble dryer and laundry machine are all included in the rent. A barbecue is also included. Also internet access is included as long as the guest have a computer with Wireless LAN (WLAN) that can connect to our computer network. Disposition ground level: 1. Bedroom A, closet for clothes and bunk bed, each bed width 90cm, length 200cm. 2. Bathroom with WC, sink, shower cabin, laundry machine, tumble dryer and a changing table for babies. 3. Full kitchen with small dining table. 4. Dining area dining for up to 10 people. 5. Living area with sofas for up to 10 people. 42inch TV, DVD player, surround sound, radio, CD player. Disposition upper level: 1. Bedroom B with a walk in closeth and a doube bed, width 160cm, length 200cm. 2. Bedroom C with 2 single beds that width 90cm length 200cm and a walk in closeth 3. Bedroom D with 2 single beds width 90cm, length 200cm 4. Bedroom E with 2 single beds width 90cm, length 200cm. 5. Bathroom with WC, sink and a bathtub for up to 2 people. From the living room you can step directly out onto the veranda with the lovely sea view. The verande is furnished. Barely 300 meters away is the sea. If you would like you can pre-book a canoe from which you can explore the sea and the closer islands on relaxing one day excursions. There are both smaller and bigger islands within reach. We recommend a visit to some of the islands, maybe a dip in the sea directly from the cliffs or a bit of fishing. Renting the canoe for a week is 400SEK. Orust is located 60 kilometers from the center of Gothenburg, the second city of Sweden. You have a parking space in the yard for 3 cars

Orust - The greatest island on the west coast Orust is the largets island on the West Coast of Sweden and the third largest in the country. It is situated about 36 miles north of Gothenburg and 18 miles south-west of Uddevalla. Bridges connect the island to the mainland, providing easy communication. You can also reach the island by one of the two ferry routes operating from the mainland. There are several small communities on Orust, and although it s a rural area it has a fairly big population. The island has an area of about 45 square miles, and boasts an extremely varied natural scenery. There the visitor can see and enjoy a coastal scenery with barren yet inspiring rocks, fields of heather, oak forests, open agricultural landscape, and conifers and lakes. This brochure does not claim to give an exhaustive description of our lovely island, but we hope it will stimulate and encourage you to find more about our island and our municipality.
