Charming 2-BD, 2-BA villa/condo. Yes, we are beach-side (no crossing streets). Only barrier separating us from the beach is a scenic tidal marsh! Access beach via a scenic boardwalk in 5-min OR take the shuttle. Gated community with 24-hour security! Balcony overlooks golf course. Master BD has 2nd TV and queen bed. 2nd BD has one queen and one twin bed comfortably sleeping 3. Amenities: 2 outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, sauna, indoor walking track, 6 tennis courts, picnic area with outdoor grills. Coin-operated washers/dryers on all floors. Cabana on beach is open during summer season and serves hot food, snacks, beverages.

Take Hwy 278 from I-95 to Hilton Head. Once on the island, follow Hwy 278 Business for 7 miles. Last traffic light before Hilton Head Resort is Singleton Beach Road [Exxon Station on left]. From the left lane, go a block or two. Turn left into the Resort.
