A new, nicely furnished and fully equipped, air-conditioned studio comprising kitchen, bathroom with shower and one double bed (double bed is able to be used as two single beds). A very nice garden with table, sitting facilities and barbecue is the place you can dine al fresco making most of the fantastic Sardinian weather. The self contained studio is part of the owner's villa and it's located in a quiete neighborhood within walking distance to the sandy beach and torquoise waters of Nora (1200 metres) and just steps to shops, restaurants and pubs (300 metres). A great place to stay and to take advantage of the lively town of Pula and its evening entertainement in the central square Piazza del Popolo and explore beautiful sandy beaches in the vicinity such as Nora, Santa Margherita, Pinus, Chia, Tuarredda. The studio is located in a new a quiet neighborhood along the road to Nora beach and just steps to shops, banks, restaurants and bars.The central square "Piazza del Popolo" is just 15 minutes walking from the unit. Bus stop to Cagliari, Nora, Santa Margherita and Chia beaches is just 400 metres from the studio.

Pula is a very lively town with a lot of shops, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs and frequent traditional dances and evening entertainments in the central square Piazza del Popolo. Several open-air ice-cream parlours, pubs and discos are also along the coastal road of Santa Margherita (195 road). Thanks to the proximity of the sea and the protection of the surrounding hills the town of Pula enjoys a unique microclimate, mild and particularly favourable for golf all year round. The Is Molas golf course, one of the most famous in Italy,with its 27 holes is just a few minutes drive from the apartment. The archaeological site of Nora is 1 km away. Nearby you can visit the anciet St. Efisio church and the local aquarium,famous for being a rescue point for sea turtles. BluFan water park are only 3 km away- The historic city of Cagliari is 35 km away with frequent buses leaving from Pula.
