The house has a South orientation and an enclosed garden and benefits a large parking. This situation is very good for relaxing in the sun loungers or enjoying summer meals. The garden with lawn is an ideal area for the children plays. In the ground floor - Large lounge (TV internationals chanels, DVD), Kitchen area well equiped (f/frezer, m/wave, w/machine, t/dryer). Dining room (French windows to garden) - 1 large bathroom with bath and dry hair - 1 separat toilets On the first floor - 2 comfortable and lovely bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a bedroom with 4 single beds, - 1 shower room with wash bassin and WC. The house is very comfortable even in summer or winter. Many sporting activities nearby the house: swiming, windsurfing, fishing by foot to the beach. Near the house (100 meters) they are many excellent walks you can take the coastal footpath along the beach and to discover the natural dunes area and to see the marvelous sea views. Near the house, 150 meters away there are excellent restaurant, pizzeria, small supermarket, and a bus stop to go to Brest. Landeda village has many small shops of specialities, a supermarket, bistrots, creperies, BanK.... St Marguerite beach is excellent for swimming, also you can to visit the Abers area by boat and to discover many interessant islands and rocky coves.
