This two-bedroom beach house is just a few steps from the beach and is an ideal intimate vacation spot. Sit in your own private rooftop spa and enjoy unobstructed views of the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. Just a few steps up from the sand, this single level home is entered through an attractive screened deck perfect for dining or just relaxing. The kitchen has modern upgraded appliances and is fully equipped. The entertainment center is top of the line with 53-inch Sony TV, DVD, VCR, stereo & CD player. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has twin beds with a beautiful full bath only steps away. North Captiva is a bridgeless barrier island on the Gulf coast in South West Florida. Access is by water taxi only. There are no cars on the island. The island is famous for its beautiful uncrowded beaches and shelling. What is there to do on the island? Relax! At our home you can read, watch the big-screen TV, use our video tapes, play board games or do puzzles, relax in the hot tub, or swim in the private, heated pool. You can walk the beach, collect shells, swim in the larger pool at the club or the in gulf, cruise in a golf cart, play tennis, or work out at the fitness center. The island has an abundance of wildlife (including the gopher tortise that lives in the yard!) and is an excellent place for birdwatching. Rental of the house includes all the amenities of the North Captiva Island Club (2 pools, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, spa, sauna, kayaks, bicycles, fishing gear, children's play equipment and more).
