The modern furnished villa offers you a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with panoramic windows, a luxury fire place and a dining area for six persons. Apart from that it has got three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Also it has got air conditioning in all rooms, television, washing machine, dish washer, bed linens and towels. The villa offers sleeping facilities for up to five persons. The villa is part of a housing complex of ten houses, three of them are already built and sold. The villa is situated about 1,8 km away from the Centre of Gümüslük and 2 km away from the beach.

Rates are including costs of water, final cleaning and gas. Regarding the electricity we offer you to use electricity for 40,- Euro per week. If you use more, the additional costs have to be paid seperately according to consumption. After reservation a deposit of 30% of the invoice amount has to be paid. The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival. Cancellation of the reservation can be made up to 30 days before date of arrival, then the deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation is made at a time less than 30 days away from the date of arrival, the deposit is not paid back.
