Very cosy in a building from 1850 which has been totally reformed; the original façade has been conserved and restored to ensure that the traditional atmosphere is preserved. Installations are all brand new. Refurbished and decorated with good taste and taking care of every detail. A charming and very comfortable apartment in the hearth of Madrid,but don´t worry the apartment is calme and silence night and day. You will can sleep without any disturbance. A comfortable sofa (no bed), and Furniture for Dinner Service (65 pieces), Cutlery (66 pieces), Glassware (28 pieces) -BATHROOM, shower, bath tub, screen with bullet-proof glass, hair dryer. -BEDROOM with 1 double bed (excellent mattress), 1 fitted cupboard and independent shoe cupboard -KITCHEN, independent and totally equipped: Dish washer, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Freezer, Cooking stove, Oven, Microwave oven, Refrigerator, Coffee-maker, Toaster, Juicer, Kettle and so on. Facilities: TV,DVD,Hi-Fi equipment, Heating, Air conditioned (very necessay at summer), Telephon with free local calls, Iron, Ironing board, 2 Vacuum cleaner, Lift, Automatic video doorman No smokers, no Pets Bed linen and towels included, all charges includes too. Not requiring any kind of transport, you will reach, after a nice walk, the Palacio Real (Royal Palace), Opera, Museums (Prado, Thyssen, Reina Sofia, etc), Plaza Mayor, Cibeles, Jardín Botánico, you could walk around Madrid de los Austrias, etc. Just in the commercial heart of the city where the best restaurants, pubs and TAPAS bars are. Besides, if you wish to know other areas of Madrid you will have two different tube stations 150 metres from the apartment (SOL and SEVILLA) with access to lines 1, 2 and 3; More than 20 bus lines to go wherever you wish and 3 different lines of tourist buses. The map on this web is wrong (I dont know how change it). The apartment is not near of Lavapies metro station, but very close of SOL and SEVILLA metro stations. There are 2 public parkings to 100 meters.
