Sottano Superiore is a large, authentic and comfortable vacation home of about 100mq. It consists of two floors, the second floor and the terrace, in an exclusive and private condominium. There is a quaint terrace on the second floor off the kitchen where you can have a breakfast with a view. There are two bedrooms (one of which has a queen sized sofa bed) and two bathrooms. The rooftop terrace acts as a wonderful sundeck where you can enjoy the distant views of the sea and the vibrant city below. The apartment is situated in a wonderful location. It is 50 meters from the famous town square of Polignano a Mare. The house was renovated in a conservative manner preserving its original characteristics. It is furnished with vintage and authentic pieces. There is free wi-fi throughout for guests. The vacation home offers: - a large living room with a TV corner - a well equipped kitchen with access to the eat-in terrace - a bedroom with a view of the piazza from its balcony - a complete bathroom with a zone for the laundry - a second bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed for two - a second complete bathroom accessable from the second bedroom - a large furnished terrace on the third level of this building (photographs coming soon) We recommend this home for a family and/or a couple of friends who are looking for a spacious and comfortable place in the heart of Polignano a Mare's city center and close to the Lama Monachile beach.

Polignano a Mare overlooks the sea with houses from high up on the rocks. The buildings are all whitewashed, there is a stunning cathedral. The numerous caves in Polignano al Mare were formed from the rough sea waves that molded the rock. Some of the caves are deep enough to reach the center of the town What to see: - Chiesa Matrice, consacrated in 1295, with a massive, quadrangular bell tower. The 16th century Renaissance style prevails inside the church, but the presbytery is Baroque. - S. Vitos Abbey, with a sixteenth-century loggia, a large courtyard and a medieval watch-tower. - Palazzese Grotto can be reached from the sea and from land, via a staircase inside the famous restaurant of the same name.

Extra supplement of EUR 100 in case of 3 o 4 guests. Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday after the check-in with the manager/owner, if you are not able to pay cash, you should pay the total amount by bank transfer before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are not allowed). Due to security and legal reasons law we will check-in only guests who have compiled our booking-form and agreement. Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) EUR 250 or by credit card. Please be sure to leave the house in good condition. No pets. Final cleaning mandatory EUR 75. Intermediate cleaning mandatory for stay more than one week. Arrival time is mandatory in the afternoon between 4pm and 8pm (unless otherwise agreed). At arrival later than 8pm an extra charge will be applied of ? 30. Please advise us of your departure time at least 24 hours before. The check-out must be taken not later than 10 am. Electricity is billed by use at EUR 0,30 per KW/h. Bed linen and bath towels - EUR 10 per person. Heating - if used - is billed at EUR 75 per week.
