Trulli Country Golf is a sprawling and typical trulli home. It includes 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room and a reception room. This ancient trulli was recently renovated with particular attention to keeping the Puglian details and characteristics. The heart of the structure is a gorgeous garden of about 3400 square meters, with century-old olive trees, beautiful and fine plants and natural grass; this wide space, useful for the physical and mental equilibrium, is completed with a big and particular swimming pool, (length up to 14 meters and wide up to 7 meters) and “Pitch & Putt” nine-holes amateur golf course, fully illuminated also for the night game. Trulli Country Golf is also centrally located. It is only 6km from the highway A14 and less than 55km (less than 45 minutes) from Bari airport. Many points of interest are only a few kilometres from the residence. The Unesco heritage site of Alberobello, the famous caves of Castellana Grotte and the beautiful beaches of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare are a few of the nearby towns. The astonishing city of Matera known for its rock cave dwellings "Sassi di Matera" is nearby.

Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday after the check-in with the manager/owner, if you are not able to pay cash, you should pay the total amount by bank transfer before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are not allowed). Due to security and legal reasons law we will check-in only guests who have compiled our booking-form and agreement. Security deposit by credit card. Please be sure to leave the house in good condition. No pets. Final cleaning mandatory EUR 150. Free weekly intermediate cleanings and change of linen&towels. Arrival time is mandatory in the afternoon between 4pm and 8pm (unless otherwise agreed). At arrival later than 8pm an extra charge will be applied. Please advise us of your departure time at least 24 hours before. The check-out must be taken not later than 10 am. Electricity is billed by use at EUR 0,30 per KW/h. Bed linen and bath towels - EUR 10 per person.minimum rental
