Two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a bathroom with shower. The comfortable lounge, overlooks woodland, and has a sofa and easy chairs. The kitchen has a gas hob, mini four, fridge, toaster, cafetiere, kettle and the usual essentials. Prices include gas. electricity and constant hot water.

Situated in the PARC NATUREL REGIONAL des CAUSSES du QUERCY, Within walking distance is the attractive centre of LIVERNON, a thriving village with shops, bar/restaurants, P.O., bric-a -brac store, tennis courts & boules pitch, not forgetting a fine 12c. belltower. Close to the medieval town of Figeac Livernon is an excellent base for sightseeing. Car journeys of up to a maximum of 40 minutes in any direction will reveal an endless succession of delights: scenic: architectural: prehistoric/ historic: cultural: gourmet or sporting, for which this area is well known.
