However, the house is in a very quiet and has ample space around because 2.5 acre of garden surrounded by lemon trees. This makes it much fresher than the surrounding areas because the garden is watered in summer. The villetta has habitable surface of approximately 75 sqm + one veranda covered of approximately 36 sqm. A comfortable external additional shower refreshes to the return from the sea. The house is totally independent. Also the access gate is independent. The house is equipped with comfortable beds with slats. The mattresses are foam latex. If you observe the photos: there is an aerial photo that show, on left the garden in which the house is found. The house is near (350 mt) golden sand beach. A short distance away, reachable on foot, proceeding along the coast, the Vendicari Reserve, a natural oasis where bathing is allowed. Discount depending on length of stay. Games for children, slide, swing, hammock, tricycle, Divx DVD player and also cot-bed and chair for the meal. Possible boat trips to be arranged at additional cost. For each week rented it's possible to book 2 or 3 days in a 11,50 meters boat lenght. A skipper will drive you to see the south-east coast of Sicily, to fish or snorkeling.

Means of access For who airplane + comes in car or car from the airport of Catania: you must follow the highway for Siracusa, Avola and Noto, take the exit "Noto", continue for Lido di Noto. From Catania they are approximately 80 km towards South, along the coast all highway.

Lido di Noto or Noto Marina is a tourist locality along the coast south orients of the Sicily. Its sea is splendid, the waters is limpid and cleans up, the beach of fine and golden sand. There are many reefs and natural reservoirs. You can visit the reservoir of Vendicari also on foot, taking a walk along the coast. Noto baroque city is near, only 4 km, Siracusa 30 km.

Means of transport just for being able are advised to visit the province of Siracusa. Siracusa is near (30 km), Noto 5 km, Avola 7 km, famous oasis of Vendicari is near (1-2 km). The roman villa of the Tellaro: 5 km. My house is place of departure for immediate excursions for mountain bike. Cultural event: Noto – 13-14-15 may 2005 “Infiorata” Every year third Sunday of May is dedicated to “l'infiorata” of the city of Noto, an event. This event Is one of the best events on the Island of Sicily. It came about 25 years ago when Gezanese and Noto artists met and it is right at Genzano in the Province of Rome that this beautiful picturesque Technique is developed. Corrado Nicolaci is the street in which l'infiorata is born, the impact is strong where the church of Montevergini is opposed to the Palace of Prince Nicolaci "Villa dorata" With balconies which have been defined as the most beautiful in the world. In the street a series of Palaces belonging to the nobility which create a surprising prospective: Modica palace, Giunta palace But it is the actual city of Noto that brings all these things together that creates an architectonic Stage. On Friday the artists are ready to recreate on the ground their designs with flowers which Beforehand are created with pastels and brushes and so the long hard work begins and ends at dawn. On Saturday when the artists retire to a worthy rest and the crowd of visitors will admire their Masterpieces till Monday afternoon when it will be destroyed by a parade of children that run on The flowered carpet.
