Pretty seaside town house situated just 2000m from the sandy beach of Blainville sur Mer. The villa is nestled in the centre of a small seaside town with shops, local boulangerie for fresh bread and restaurants. Just 8 kms away is the famous town of Coutances with cathedral, botanical gardens, ice skating rink, swimming pool, bowling alley, restaurants, super markets and shops. The seaside resort of Agon-Coutainville is 4 kms away with shops, sea front restaurants, cinema, golf course, casino and supermarket. Accommodation The front door opens into the spacious living room with dining rooms table and chairs and television with French channels and armchair and coffee table. Downstairs WC under stairs. A sun room leads off from the living room with white wicker sofa and armchairs and coffee table - a good play area for children. There is a cupboard full of board games for all of the family. The living room also leads to the spacious kitchen with breakfast table and stools, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer. Door leads through to back kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. A decking area to the front of the house, surrounded by a stone wall and bamboo, provides an excellent private outdoor space with sun loungers, table and chairs and barbecue. A gate makes this area very secure for young children. There is a parking area in front of the house. On the first floor : Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are three bedroom and a shower room with WC. Bedroom 1: Large double bedroom with dual aspect, double bed and enclosed shower and wash basin. Bedroom 2: Second double bedroom with wardrobe, bed side tables and television (French channels) Bedroom 3: High double bed (180cm)with desk below. Chest of drawers. Suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. Shower room with enclosed shower, wash basin and WC.
