A two bedroom cottage in the conservation area of Broadstairs in Kent, a five minute walk to Viking Bay sandy beach and within a short walking distance of all the shops, banks, bars and restaurants. There is a television and dvd in the front room and fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave oven, toaster and washing machine, a bathroom with a bathtub, shower and WC on the ground floor. The dining room seats four and there is a sofa bed in the front room. There is a small, sunny, enclosed terrace at the back. Linen is provided; towels are not.

It is a small cottage in the conservation area of Broadstairs with two reception rooms and two bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom with a double bed and the other with two single childrens' beds. The bathroom is downstairs. Broadstairs is just off the M2 motorway and approximately an hour and a half drive from London. There is a high speed rail link from Ramsgate to London which takes only 88 minutes. The property is about 15 minutes walk from Broadstairs railway station and about 30 minutes from the historic cathedral city of Canterbury.

Broadstairs is a small picturesque town on the north Kent coast between the port of Ramsgate and the town of Margate. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, Italian ice cream parlours, pubs and interesting shops as well as supermarkets. There are many sandy beaches nearby, and sports facilities in the area such as golf and sailing. Charles Dickens the author stayed there frequently, and Queen Victoria also stayed there. It has many festivals eg a folk week, a Dickens festival and a food festival. There is a cinema and a theatre club.
