Seaside villa situated in the resort of KAIRON PLAGE with garden and conservatory. Located on a small quiet road with pine trees. Perfect for beach lovers as it is so close to the sea. ACCOMMODATION: Suitable for 4 people: Bright and airy seaside villa with nautical feel situated just 200m from the sandy beach of Kairon-Plage. The villa is nestled in a quiet and pretty area of the seaside town of Kairon-Plage, between Saint pair sur Mer, Granville and Jullouville. The villa is less than 300m from the local shop, boulangerie for fresh bread and croissants, and bar/restaurant. St Pair and Jullouville are both 1500m away where you will find a choice of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. There are many towns in the local area to visit including the famous town of Coutances with cathedral, botanical gardens, ice skating rink, swimming pool, bowling alley, restaurants, super markets and shops. The enclosed garden is very secure for young children, with parking inside the gates. There is a built-in barbecue and garden furniture and parasol. Accommodation The conservatory with dining table and chairs and 2 sun loungers overlooks the garden and leads through to the entrance hall off which there is a separate kitchen with table and chairs, 2-ring gas hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer. One double bedroom with wardrobe and bedside tables, shower room with wash basin and WC. The living room has a further small table and 2 chairs, a sofa which can be turned into a double bed, 2 armchairs and bookshelves with books, magazines and CD player. French windows from the living room open on to the front of the house. On the first floor : Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a mezzanine area that overlooks the living room which leads to a bedroom with two single beds that can be made in to a large double if necessary. There is also a further single mattress under the beds which could be used for a third person.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS Visit the D-Day landing beaches and war memorial museums, just 60 minutes away. The medieval town of Bayeux and its famous tapestry is also an hour’s drive. Granville, the Monaco of the North, with day trips to Jersey and the Dior museum and gardens is 10 minutes away. Le Mont St Michel, St Malo and its walled city, plus many more attractions to visit all within 50 km of the villa. Many sandy beaches to choose from all along the Manche coast.
