We are fully stocked with linens including matching sheet sets, pillows and comforters. The maid service cleans the home before and after your stay. All the beds are made prior to your arrival. Additional cleanings can be arranged during your stay. This home also features 2 bathrooms with shower as well as 2 outdoor showers. The large living room area has wrap around leather couches, wood burning fireplace, stereo, CD player, Satellite TV, DVD player with VCR and Video Library. There is also a separate sunlit den with cozy couches and chairs for relaxing with a good book or just taking an afternoon siesta. Perfect for your kids to play games or watch TV. Our wrap around deck with private lounge and eating areas is surounded by trees. Listen to the waves as they wash onto the beach only steps from this home. The Weber BBQ is always ready for a great cookout. There is also a spare can of gas at your disposal. There is a very large and well stocked kitchen with a new refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and ceramic tile floor. Supplied as well are real dishes, cups, glasses, silverware, lobster pots, pans and BBQ utensils. The large dining room and table can seat 10 people for dinner. There is a brand new washer and dryer for your use. If you are interested, please give me a call as soon as possible. This home sells out quickly. Please, no smoking, no pets and a 10 person max.
