The living room is equipped with satellite TV with Dutch channels, air conditioning, dining area and sitting area. The house has two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both are equipped with spacious wardrobes and air conditioning. Duvets, linen and pillows are available. Furthermore, the house has a bathroom with shower and sink with 24 hours hot water by solar panels, a separate toilet, 2 balconies where safe and sufficient furniture for you is available. It is the perfect location for your holiday to enjoy.

This cottage is situated directly on a private beach and 1 minute walk from the center of the cozy town of Konakli. Here you will find shops, restaurants, plenty of life and fun for young and old and every Wednesday there is a nice big market. The house is in a park with several apartments and has 24 hour surveillance. In the park are many facilities including a large swimming pool, children's playground, private beach with restaurant, supermarket, sauna and sports facilities. The private beach is quiet, at only 2 minutes walking distance to the beach, there are various water sports banana boat, water skiing, paragliding and scuba diving. The private beach is a long pier, an ideal place to fish. The restaurant is on the beach, so you can enjoy dinner in the setting. At the entrance of the park the bus stops every few minutes so in 10 minutes you are in the center of the big city for 1 Euro.

This holiday house is located near the vibrant city. The bus is in the Alanya city center with easily accessible frequent bus line. The bus stops before the entrance of the park and within 10 minutes you are in Alanya. The center of Konakli is equal to the other side of the street. Children may have fun in the playground while you relax. Because of its subtropical climate more and more tourists are coming in winter. The port is full of people in the evening. Here it is always nice because of the many restaurants and bars that Alanya is known for. High above Alanya is a gigantic castle that is illuminated by the evening atmosphere. In Alanya you can shop. There are many jewelers, leather cases, simple clothes, small supermarkets, souvenir and carpet shops. There are also plenty of sports and leisure facilities in this resort. Near the beaches of Alanya you can have fun with banana riding, kayaks, canoes, parasailing, ringo riding, pedal boats, personal watercraft, waterskiing and strandvolleyball. Other sports and leisure facilities are in fitness centers, karting, mini golf course and a sports field with goals.
