A holiday destination for Corsica lovers and short holidaymakers at any time of the year. A private paradise for your holiday in Corsica. German-speaking support on site.
For weekly rentals:
The guest does NOT have to share the accommodation with other guests. The premises are available for your sole use as described.
Arrival possible every day (also during the week), however, 7 days at a time must always be booked in the weekly rental.
If you are interested in renting by the week-month, price on request. Heating in all rooms and a beautiful fireplace in the living room.
From October to April you can rent one of the three rooms as Bed and Breakfast option
Prices on request. Bed linen and towels are included in the daily price for bed and breakfast.
House owner lives in the annexe on site and is your contact person on site.
On a 3000sqm enclosed Mediterranean garden with oleander trees and olive trees. This is the ideal place for you to relax and unwind with plenty of privacy. Your children have plenty of space to run around in the large garden and cool off in the pool with standard fuse. Around the house there are cosy terraces, a covered, lockable summer kitchen with two electric sun blinds and fan, solar outdoor shower, barbecue area, as well as a boules court illuminated in the evening, 1 XXL hammock. The summer kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, three coffee machines (1 Nespresso!), kettle, blender, toaster, hand blender, egg boiler etc.. Suitable for all seasons thanks to the exceptional furnishings. Heating in the whole house!
Our pool is open from April until the end of October!
On a ground level living area of approx. 120 sqm there is the living room with fireplace, TV-DVD, HIFI, WLAN internet access,
PC-table, small library.
From the dining room and living room, a total of 3 French doors lead directly into the garden and to the summer kitchen

Inside well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven and cooker with four electric hobs, washing machine and enough dishes.
2 rooms with double bed (160/200) and 1 room with 2 single beds (90/200). All rooms with window, heating. Baby cot can be put in the triple room on request. Each room has its own separate bathroom with window, heating, shower, washbasin, mirror, hairdryer and sufficient storage space. Each room has a CD-radio-alarm clock, fire alarm, large wardrobe, mirror. All rooms can be darkened. In 2 bedrooms a guest safe for your valuables. All rooms have window shutters. Air-conditioning fans in all rooms.
Summer kitchen, pool and garden illuminated in the evening. Plenty of garden furniture, parasols, garden loungers around the pool and in the garden.
For our little guests: baby cot, high chair, baby bed linen

Enjoy the fantastically beautifully situated property with a view of the mountains of Corsica.
In the spacious garden with 3000sqm there is room to run around or to lie lazily in the sun on the deckchairs. The pool with 40sqm (open from April to October) is ready for you to cool down. Solar shower with hot/cold right next to the pool.
If you prefer the sea, there is a lovely sandy beach at Cap Sud, 3km away (5 minutes by car).
Attached to the pool is a summer kitchen, equipped with crockery, cooker with 4 gas hotplates, plenty of garden furniture, large 3 m long dining table and enough garden chairs. Stone barbecue Nairobi right next to the summer kitchen. Various ball games and board games are at the free disposal of our guests.
Our own petanque area is illuminated in the evening and has a cosy seating area.
The holiday house is situated 35km south of Bastia (harbour) in a quiet residential area in the small village of Querciolo, 5 km before Folelli, near Vescovato (road D337). Through the new motorway of Bastia you can reach the house in about 40 minutes from the port of Bastia, please take the exit Arena. You will receive directions when booking.
From the house in all directions beautiful excursions in the mountains or in the villages.
Ideas for excursions are available from us in the form of business cards.

Perfect holiday - pure relaxation - fantastic accommodation
If you think Corsica is only a summer holiday destination, you are wrong. We had a very nice Bed & Breakfast week in the beautiful Villa Miramonte. Fantastic weather, the very well-maintained accommodation, the large, paradisiacal property - well, we didn't use the pool in the "winter" :-) and the hospitality of the hosts contributed to the perfect holiday in Corsica. We will definitely be back!

This is a great house, very cosy and tastefully decorated. The outdoor kitchen is just great. The pool and garden were also absolutely perfect. Everything has been thought of, such as a ping-pong table, tennis rackets, etc. The service on site was very, very nice. The on-site service was very, very nice. The house is in a quiet area and the beach is 5 km away by car. We can highly recommend the house/landlady/local support.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnlage. Es liegt ca. 30 Autominuten südlich von Bastia.
free time activities: Der Strand ist ca. 5 km vom Haus entfernt und sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Garten selbst ist herrlich groß für alle möglichen Freizeittätigkeiten für Groß und Klein. Wer gerne wandert ist nach kurzer Anfahrt im Gebirge.
shopping facilities: Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte in der nähreren Umgebung (5-10 Autominuten). Am Sonntag kann man in Borgo den nächsten Supermarkt ansteuern (ca. 15 min. Auztofahrt).

a dream vacation in a dream house
The Villa Miramonte leaves nothing to be desired for a perfect vacation. The well-kept house is tastefully furnished with a lot of love and goes far beyond the standard of a normal holiday home. The garden with the great summer kitchen and the large pool invite you to linger. In the surrounding area, there are many possibilities for leisure activities, and the weather in Corsica does the rest. Many vacationers will surely come a second time. All in all, the villa can only be recommended!!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend nur wenige Kilometer vom Strand entfernt.Nach Bastia und in die Berge ist es nur eine kurze Entfernung, daher ideal für Ausflüge.
free time activities: Das Haus bietet genug Möglichkeiten für alle Arten von Aktivitäten- Wassersport, Wandern, Sightseeing und Shopping-für jeden Geschmack etwas

Der Weg zum Strand ist ca. 4 km. Auto oder Fahrrad ist notwendig. Der nächste Fahrradverleih ist in Moriani Plage, rehts am Ortseingang

Ein traumhaftes Urlaubsdomizil!
Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Garten ist riesig und bietet viel Platz zum Spielen. Die Hecke aus Oleanderbüschen sieht wunderschön aus! Der Pool ist einfach super! Der Strand ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Und sogar in der Hauptsaison waren hier sehr wenig Leute. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder !!!

free time activities: Strand in ca. 3 km Entfernung. Größerer Touristenort Moriani-Plage ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung!
shopping facilities: Den nächsten größeren Supermarkt erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Minuten. Es gibt aber noch viele weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung!
