Guns is a beautifully stylish and comfortable new detached luxury holiday home located in the heart of Croyde Village, Devon on a private estate. Holiday home accommodation
The welcoming living space in this stunning holiday home is a huge open plan dining/lounge/kitchen. The living area provided with a sumptuous luxury corner sofa arrangement, with a large feature flat screen satellite TV. An Ipod dock/CD Player is located in the lounge area.

From the patio a door leads to a separate self-contained wetroom, ideal for returning from a surf, peeling of the wetsuit, and re-energising under a warm shower. Arranged as a twin push button communal space. This is ideal for the family.
A door from the wetroom leads to a garage, ideal with its ample secure storage for all your surfboards, bicycles or beach equipment. The washer/dryer is located in the garage.
On the first floor are three bedrooms, all, generous in size and attractively presented with two enjoying sea views over the rooftops.
The master bedroom has a stunning walk in dressing room and then a luxury en suite bathroom with separate walk-in twin shower cubicle. This being provided with travertine stone flooring and limestone walls for real elegance.This room has been provided with a flat screen satellite TV.
Bedroom two is another double bedroom, beautifully presented with modern clean lines, and a view of Croyde surf, over the roofs of Sandy Lane. This room has been provided with a flat screen satellite TV.
A third stylish twin room is also provided on this floor, subtely decorated and with clean functional contemporary design, this has been provided with a bunkbed. It also has a modern chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe.
The master bathroom, is a real taste of luxury. Travertine flooring , and limestone walling. Wall lights in the shower and bath area add a real touch of class. This is not just a space to clean and preen, but somewhere to relax and unwind.

The site is located within a private road, in the centre of the village. It is within a 2 minute walk of the centre of the village and all its pubs, shops and amentities. It is also a 5 minute walk from the surf, via a private lane.
Croyde , South West , Great Britain
Croyde is a small coastal village in North Devon, England. It is full of chocolate box cottages and is one of the primary surfing beaches in the United Kingdom. It has superb sandy beaches. The village is steeped in old-world charm, and retains much of the old architecture assocated with its growth in the victorian period.
Nowadays there has been a great input into the area by the young surfing community and walkers. With three fantastic sandy beaches to choose from. All this has upgraded the area without spoiling the old. Today you can stay and eat in a huge variety of establishments in the area, and take part or keep to yourself in many outdoor activities.
Croyde and North Devon has become the place to discover. Also very near are Woolacombe sands which links to Putsborough and Georgeham and village of Braunton.
