An individually designed holiday home with country house character awaits you in picturesque surroundings and in the immediate vicinity of Lake Krüpelsee (approx. 15 m)
The fenced, spacious corner plot (approx. sqm) with landscaped garden is located on a lakeside road in a quiet residential and holiday area.
From the property and the sun terrace you have a direct view of the lake
The holiday home (approx. 150 sqm living and usable space) is open, bright and invitingly designed and offers the greatest possible freedom for your personal development

After parking your car under the carport, you enter through the entrance door and the hallway into the generously designed centre of the house. The long dining table with several seats offers you plenty of space to communicate and linger. The imposing old tiled stove contrasts charmingly with the modern, open-plan high-tech kitchen with cooking island. The visible roof beams emphasise the loft-like appearance of the room

From the dining room you enter the adjoining living room with open fireplace. From the dining area and the fireplace room you have direct access to the large sun terrace in the garden through French doors. On another terrace, a large hanging swing invites you to relax.

From the kitchen you can reach the sheltered courtyard at the side of the house, with pergola and vines growing in the growth, which opens onto the garden. This inner courtyard area with its outdoor kitchen, brick barbecue, table and benches is secluded and can be used in a variety of ways, enlarging the living space of the holiday home. Here, too, there are no limits to your individual development

A bedroom in the side wing of the house, separated by a small hallway, and another bedroom with loft character in the middle part of the house offer you sleeping possibilities in double beds (180x200 and 140x200). Two further sleeping accommodations on the pull-out sofa bed (spring mattress 140x200) in the fireplace room are possible.

Both bedrooms and the fireplace room are equipped with satellite TV.

In the interestingly designed bathroom, well thought-out details and selected materials have been harmoniously integrated. A spacious shower, a WC and bidet, a washstand with 2 basins complete your living comfort

For your further use, there is a utility room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities, which can be accessed from the inner courtyard.
The permanently installed outdoor shower (hot and cold water) will help you to cool down, not only on hot days

The garden with approx. 800 sqm of usable space is designed for versatile use. Whether terraces or open spaces, sunny or shady places, quiet zones or exercise areas, e.g. 1 terrace with floor chess and large figures, everything is available to make your holidays pleasant. In-house games such as badminton, boccia or giant Mikado are at your disposal.

This holiday home is designed to meet your holiday expectations. The interior designer's main concern was to incorporate and reflect the tranquillity and natural serenity of the surroundings, the landscape and the places in the architectural conception of the house and the garden. Care was also taken to use natural products in the building materials, such as untreated wood, terracotta floors and, as a special feature, clay plaster on the walls, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate. Inside as well as outside, you should find the defined place that suits your well-being, where you want to linger, where you find peace, relaxation and recreation:
a holiday home that you can enjoy in all seasons and that you will not want to leave

The holiday home has a fenced-in lakeside plot with its own bathing, boating and fishing jetty (approx. 3 min. walk from the FH). The jetty extends 17 m into the Krüpelsee, surrounded by reeds, and ends in a platform with a bathing ladder. Comfortable sun loungers invite you to rest, dream, read, sunbathe, whatever you want to enjoy, you must not miss the sunsets from the jetty. The sun gives the lake a crimson to orange hue and night swimming becomes an experience.

Location and surroundings of object

Senzig as a district of Königs Wusterhausen has its own modest "shopping mile" (approx. 1.5 km away), where you can find everything for your daily needs: Edeka, bakery, beverage shop, savings bank, pharmacy, post office, stationery, restaurants

In the town of Königs Wusterhausen (approx. 3 km away) you will not only find all the usual shopping facilities, but also sights such as the castle - shaped by Friedrich Wilhelm I -, the local history museum, the Kreuzkirche, the Funkerturm The good tourist information at the station has a wide variety of suggestions ready for you.

In the nearby A10 Centre (approx. 10 km away) you will find all kinds of shopping facilities as well as entertainment such as cinema, bowling, fitness and gastronomy.
Senzig, a district of Königs Wusterhausen, is located in the district of Dahme-Spreewald in Brandenburg, only a few kilometres from the city limits of Berlin. Berliners humorously call this border area their "Speckgürtel".
The village stretches picturesquely to the north and southwest along three lakes, Lake Krüpel, Lake Krimnick and Lake Zeesen, and is bordered by forest to the south, west and east. The lakes are connected by the Dahme

The proximity to Berlin (approx. 30 km) gives you the opportunity to experience the vibrancy of the cosmopolitan city in all its diversity. No matter where your interests lie, you can indulge in cultural activities (visits to museums, art exhibitions, architectural sights, theatre, musicals or ), as well as shopping or then relaxing under the linden trees

But it is not only the proximity to Berlin that makes Senzig so special; the recreational and leisure opportunities in one of the areas with the most lakes in Europe are at least as attractive. The nature lover among you can enjoy the silence of nature with its fauna and flora in the special spectacle of the seasons all year round on his walks, Nordic walking or cross-country skiing through the 600 square kilometre nature park "Dahme-Heideseen" with its countless lakes and never-ending deciduous and coniferous forests

The leisure activist among you is offered a wide variety of possibilities, both gentle and exciting sporting pleasures: Cycling (several 100 km of cycle paths), water sports (swimming, sailing, motorboat and canoeing, paddling), fishing, horse riding, golf, tennis, hunting, ballooning, sport flying, climbing, quad tours, trolley rides, skating ... Some sports require pre-registration or permission (fishing). Please enquire about the modalities when booking for our holiday home.

Our prices refer to an occupancy of up to 4 persons.
Pet (dog/cat) possible by arrangement (10 - 30 €/week depending on size).
: 120 euros; with a pet: 130 euros.
Service charges: electricity, water and gas are charged according to consumption and current prices.
W-LAN up to 1 week 12€.
As a rule, the occupancy period is at least 1 week. Shortfalls are only possible in the low season and by arrangement.
Please ask for special conditions on weekends with bridge days.

Super schön! Erholung und Genießen pur!

Mein bester Freund und ich hatten das Glück, unvergessliche Stunden beim gemeinsamen Kochen, Plauschen und zwei gemütlchen Tagen mit Kaminfeuer, einer herrlichen Umgebung und einem tollen Häuschen dort verbringen zu können.
Ferienhaus erprobt kann ich sagen, dass im Großen und Ganzen alles vorhanden ist, was man braucht ... bis auf den Staubsauger, der leider nicht alltagstauglich ist ;O)
Ehrlicherweise muss ich daher aber auch sagen, dass einem ein bisschen Privatsspähre fehlen könnte. Das "Hauptschlafzimmer" ist zur Küche/Essbereich/Kaminzimmer hin offen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat eine Tür. Die dritte "Schlafkonstellation" ist die Couch im "offenen" Kaminzimmer.
Alles ist sehr hell und einladend gestaltet, was ich tagsüber auch super schön finde. Sichtschutz bei Licht im Haus oder Abunkelung für "Dunkelschläfer" wie mich zur Zeit aber noch nicht vorhanden. Gebe ich aber parallel auch alles weiter und denke, dass die Eigentümerinnen und auch die Verwalterin - alle super symphatisch und nett; Dienstleistung und Kundenservice GROSSGESCHRIEBEN - sich Gedanken machen werden.
Ist uns eine riesengroße Empfehlung wert! Wir werden dort gerne wieder verweilen ;O)
