Apartment house with 7.5 x 4 x 1.5 m pool with heated water,temperature of water is 30 C°from April to October, Jacuzzi, Combi-Sauna (Infra/Finnish), free use of Wi-Fi Internet access. The building has four separate entrances housing, people in total 24. Only can the whole apartment house, or one of the whole apartment booking. The apartment house is on a main traffic road, 500 meters from the golden beach (free beach) (10 minutes walk), 1 km from the Siofok centrum is located. The apartments are Non smoking. Smoking is not allowed unless covered terrace. In the garden, is a 7.5 x4x1,5 m (1.4 m water depth) pool with heated water. The pool can be covered in bad weather and can be used in covered position too. Beside of the pool is a sixr-person Jacuzzi available for guests. The pool and spa opening times: 9 to 21 clock. In the house is a Combi-Sauna (Infra/Finnish), which can be used cost a fee In the apartments are furnished kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, new stainless steel pans, etc..) Toilet, bathroom (hairdryer), safe. In the No.2. and No.4. Apartment are dishwashers. The bed linen - which they bought in 2010 - have allergiefree. TVs are in each apartment (with english-speaking cable TV programs) in 50 programs. 7 parking place are in the yard. Grill tub in the garden it is possible. 4 units rent a bike. For the children are highchair, cot, baby bed, a DVD player with a fairy-tale films. Shop: 150 m Restaurant: 150 m playground: 100 m go-kart: 300 meters Galerius thermal spa: 2km Water Skiing: 2km If required, a nearby restaurant, dinner is possible to subscribe. By appointment, home shopping and ordering lunch if subscription is possible. The quantity of food is stored in a refrigerator until use. Pets are not allowed. In our apartment house, we are waiting for families with children as guests. Young groups under the 25th Age are not allowed!
