Hotel Residence Oliveto is located in the centre of Ceriale and is 200mt from the beginning of the long promenade along the sandy shore,easily accessible on foot all shops and a supermarket. At your disposal is the 2000mq large green park with a seawater swimming pool, whirpool and children\'s pool, tennis, table tennis, a polyvalenten synthetic tennis/football field, bar children\'s play area, entertainment in the summer, bicycles, garage, parking laundromat, wi-fi. The apartments are well equipped for a holiday in freedom. We rent holiday home even for a week end, for a short stay or for a long time. The apartments were recently renovated and are fully equipped with balcony with chairs and parasol. All Superior rooms have air conditioning. The structure has: STUDIO (Type A 2/4 persons) - 25mq TWO ROOMS (Type B 4/6 persons) - 40/55mq THREE ROOMS (Type O 6/7 persons) penthouses with air conditioning, sea view - 70 mq Our DEPANDANCE GARDENIA is only 50mt away from the main building, with an independent entrance. Ceriale is a historic sea village of the Liguria Region. It is rich in history and tradition and it is chararcterized by the famous \"carrugi\" - the narrows lanes stretching around the charming old town where you can walk along, just to follow the interlanced pattern they create. All year around, Ceriale is full of stimulating things to do and it is ideal for the whole family. During the summer time you can enjoy the numerous beaches where you can have fun, relax and take parto to many events suitable for all ages. During spring and autumn you can appreciate the beautiful sunny days which make the summer magic last longer. During winter the mild climate makes you experience a new peaceful and revitalizing dimension. Ceriale is a place where you can both breath plenty of pure sea breeze and get to know the history of a medieval town. In the old town you can admire the medieval walls and tower remains, not to mention the \"Torrione\", a bastion built in 1564 to protect the town from invasions. Peagna is a typical medieval village characterized by an ancient Church dating back to the 1300s. Here you can also visit the paleontological museum \"Silvio Lai\" which houses a rich collection of fossils; some of them were found along the banks of Rio Torsero, a regional natural reserve and a unique area known worldwide among the paleontologists.

Comfort service: ready beds at the arrival, apartment cleaning (except the kitchen) every day (Monday/Friday); Type A:€65 - Type B:€85 - Type C:€95 Account: for booking confirmation a 40% deposit of the stay is required Payment: at the arrival the payment is requested, eventual extra on departure. Cash and credit cards are accepted for the payment. No repayment in case of departures in advance or postponed arrivals. Penalties and cancellations: in case of cancellation within 20 daysbefore the arrival will be given back, after that date the whole deposit will be due as penalty. Deposit: oblygatory deposit of € 100,00 to be paid cash at the arrival as guarantee for the good use of the apartment. The apartament delivery will be on the arrival day from 4 p.m. and they must be left on the departure day within 10.00 a.m. Only declared number of people can be accomodated in the flats.
