New, comfortable ”Jaworowy Stok” guest-house is placed on the two-hectare fenced area adjoining the Scenic Park of The Owl Mountains. This is adorable, peaceful and sunny place with the mountain view. Stylish house is ideally adjusted into nature: forest, meadow, mountain torrents and ponds. The paradise of the nature – greenness of forest, blooming meadows and mountain torrents with well-groomed, recreative garden, orchard, vineyard and arboriculture of ornate willow trees will provide enjoyable and relaxing time. For guests use: fenced area, gazebo near the mountain torrent, brick barbecue, place for bonfire, playground, green grass sports field, garden furniture, facilities and also with owner’s approval: fish, vegetables and fruits. Within fenced area available are: parking space, economic building, place for bikes, skis and firewood. For Guests use are 5 rooms (10 beds), lounge, kitchen, wardrobe, two bathrooms. The house is heated by two fireplaces. There is also the possibility to heat the place by electric heat (floor heating). On the bottom floor there are a wardrobe, kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and living room (40 square metres) with fireplace, dining table and the exit to the terrace. The living room and bedroom are separated by doors. In bedroom is double bed. In the attic there are two bedrooms with single beds (one with 1,80 meters) and two bedrooms with double beds and exit to the balcony. A large hall on the top floor with a stone fireplace is the place where you can also watch TV. Bathroom including a toilet is equipped with bathtub and washing-machine.

From the situated on the southern hillside The Big Owl Mountains (1015 m elevation) of Jaworowy Stok (601m) you can admire gorgeous mountains view on Bardzkie Mountains, The Owl and Sucha Mountains, Wyrębińskie Hills and Garb Dzikowca. The massif of Śnieżka closes the horizon. The Owl Mountains constitute the part of the Sudetes. The Owl Mountains are like monolithic rocky shafts with the length 26 km, width 11 km, and cover an area of 280 square km. The mountain range pile up over the Sudety foothills. The top of the foothill is less varied if we consider the mountain height. This mountain range has few hills, to which belong: Kalenica - 964, Słoneczna -950 m, Rymarz -913 m, The Big Owl 1015 m and The Small Owl 972 m elevation. The south-west side of the mountain range is more varied and has mild forms. There are many fields and meadows. The largest part of The Owl Mountains constitute Landscape Park and Jaworowy Stok. They are directly connected to the boundary of Landscape Park. In this region are many wild animals and trout farming. On the area of 50-60 km of Kotlina Kłodzka there are wonderful natural attractions. Other attractions are: Stołowe Mountains with Strzeliniec, Błędne Skały, Skalne Grzyby and in the Czech Republic: Skalne Meste Skalice and Andrespasko. It is worth to visit the massif of Śnieżka 1425 m elevation with Alpine vegetation, Wilczki waterfall in Międzygórze and Bialskie Mountains with unique and famous Niedźwiedzia (Bear) Cave in Kletno. There are also wonderful plants and deciduous forests in Bardzkie Mountains. In the region are many architectonical monuments: Książ Castle near Wałbrzych, the original center of Kłodzko and the stone bridge on Nysa Kłodzka River. The magnificent frederician fortresses in Kłodzko and in Silver Mountain have military significance and constitute the monument of military architecture. In Nowa Ruda you can visit coal mine. In the region of Walim you can also visit underground tunnels and German factory which comes from The Second World War. Numerous nature reserves, gentle valleys and beautiful mountains with colourful meadows, combined with its modern architecture and infrastructure make the region very attractive. Wonderful deciduous forests are an ideal place to enjoy tourism. There are offered diversity of tourism trails and numerous cycling tracks. Jaworowy Stok is located in the southwest part of Lower Silesia 80 km from Wroclaw - the capitol of Lower Silesia. To Cracow there is 260 km, to Prague - the capitol of Czech Republic 200 km, to Dresden - the capitol of Saxony 200 km. There are also many other monuments in the near are.
