The villa is situated in a private garden of 7000m2 with fantastic views of the sea, beach and mountains. All around there are several covered terraces, all with stunning views and guaranteed privacy. The villa is situated in a compound consisting of 8 houses located in the town of Calcatoggio. As the other houses in the compound have similar plots you will have no immediate neighbors. The beach ‘Orcino Plage’ is 300 m away. The villa also has a private beach which is shared with the 7 other houses in the compound.

The villa is situated on one of the most beautiful bays of Corsica, the ‘Golf de Sagone’ on the west coast of Corsica, 25 km north of the capital Ajaccio. Tiuccia, the nearest village is 1.5 kilometers away. Here you will find various shops where you can do all your shopping. Within a radius of 500 m, you can practice various sports such as diving, snorkeling, sailing and surfing. In addition to this, there are facilities for other sports such as tennis and paragliding. The villa is an excellent base for coastal or mountain walks in the surrounding area e.g. a walk to the fascinating landscape of the Calanche, or a boat trip to Girolata, an old Corsican village not accessible by car but only by water or via a coastal footpath. The capital Ajaccio is 25 km away. Here you can enjoy the Corsican specialties that the restaurants and cafes have to offer.
